1633. L-CPL. DONALD M'SWAN, 6th H.L.I.

Aged 22

 

GSon of the late Mr. John M'Swan, F.C. Missionary, Badcaul, Lochbroom.

 

Enlisted in the H.L.I. Dec. 1913.
Posted to the 6th Bn., and served with them in the Dardanelles -
Killed near Gallipoli 21st Nov. 1915.

 

Had one brother serving -

  • John M'Swan, Lovat Scouts

 

He served with the Scouts in the Dardanelles and Egypt, and was then transferred to the Cameron Highlanders and served with them in France, where he was slightly wounded.
