Pte. Donald Mackenzie, 4th Seaforths. Killed.
Pte. Murdo Mackenzie, Camerons. Killed.

As the above record states, there is a Private Thomas Mackenzie but he was killed in August 1917 and not in 1915 as was stated in the original book. Private Thomas is also commemorated on the Canadian War Memorial.
