Aged 29

 

Son of Mr. Duncan Campbell, Achininver, Achiltibuie.

 

Joined the Lovat Scouts 22nd Mar. 1910.
Transferred to the Seaforth Highlanders -
Mobilized 22nd Mar. 1910.
Was taken ill while serving at Linton, near Cambridge, and died 8th Dec., 1916.

 

Had two brothers serving -

  • Pte. Kenneth Campbell, Lovat Scouts.
  • Donald Campbell, R.N.R., who served in Mine Sweepers, and was torpedoed off the coast of Ireland.
